Dental Hygiene exam/assessment, Scaling, Polish, Fluoride treatment, Oral hygiene instruction, Toy chest selection and a Goody bag
Age 6 and under - includes 1 unit of scaling
Age 7-15 - includes up to 2 units of scaling
